Abstract

Public libraries are one of the institutions in which the child will develop and acquire the habit of reading and creative expression. It was the creative department programs for children of public libraries are key to the development of children's creative expression and reading habits. Children's programs must be diverse, creative, and environment in the library should be appealing to the library itself acquired and attract more customers. Applications must be innovative and to monitor local and global trends to ensure that children are always able to learn about the world around them.
