Abstract

Information is always represented as an important factor of human activity. As a resource that human has guided activity information in history, they have been collected in various ways, stored, analyzed and distributed. Today's information system is a necessity in the global system business. Globalisation processes have changed the traditional concept of business and led to the needs of information management as an integral part of the total assets of enterprises and encourage the rapid development of information and communication technologies. Regardless of the benefits and advantages that systems can bring, companies operate for profit, and is in that sense, information systems need to be considered as an investment. While the investments costs can be relatively precisely determined, benefits systems give weight are measurable and require comprehensive consideration of all aspects of the business to which the systems are related.
