Abstract

Storage of business documents every organization is an acute problem. The digitization of business documents is an integral part of auxiliary business processes organization. Unfortunately, in Croatia there is no defined standard format paper documents that led to the solution of this problem. The digitization of business documents is a modern form of archiving business documents and does not take up storage space in the physical sense, and does not require complicated and time-consuming to manually scroll through the archives in search of specific document. Scanning documents is a necessary process in today's business where the daily work we use computers, but most of the documents for legal reasons, enters the company in paper form. Communications between holders / creators of business documents and professional staff is perhaps the biggest problem. Sometimes the employees of these companies are not the only problem, but the problem persists within the specialized companies to manage business documents.
