Abstract
Dissertation Croatian logistics companies organizational semiotics will explore communication
strategies that are the basis of Croatian logistics companies organizational communication. The
theoretical foundation of the dissertation will be based on an analysis of recent international and
national scientific and professional literature in the field of organizational semiotics and logistics
companies business communication. In the empirical part of the dissertation, with the application
of semiotic analysis, content analysis and semi-structural interview, Croatian logistics companies
written and marketing communication will be analyzed. The main hypothesis of the research is:
Professionally designed communication strategy is positively associated with successful business
results of Croatian logistics enterprises. The research results will provide guidance for improving
communication of logistics organizations with their environment and contribute to the
understanding of organizational communication of logistics enterprises.
