Abstract
Cognitive sciences set up the computation on the example of the Universal Turing machine on von Neumann's architecture. Everything that is calculable is calculable by UTM. According to the functionalism, the purpose of a mental state is the role played by the organism, and on the example of evolutionary psychology our metal modules have been created to respond to a certain adaptable problem and if successful in solving this problem, it has enabled longer survival and more descendants. Because of the Frame problem and the Bottleneck problem, our potential limitless in thoughts needs to be limited in reality in order to function in real time. Our subconscious does thousands of computations and our minds gets only a final result. The untold intuition of Free will on these grounds is that Free will is possible even if we are mostly determined systems. According to Libet's experiments, it is possible to veto the decision, and our thoughts must be able to change our perceptions of opinion and action when creativity is needed, a new product that can not be obtained by invoking existing heuristic algorithms. Free will is not possible despite the limited systems, but thanks to the fact that we have to deal with problems in a changing environment.
