Abstract

As a part of any organization, business processes are primarily needed to be studied for understanding their purposes and importance in initiating any activity. It is important to understand the structure of an organization as well as their processes and participants which make a unique whole. Studying business processes is mostly done because of a wish for an advanced and prosperous business activity. Therefore it is of an enormous importance to understand processes, to properly arrange roles and duties of its participants and while leading the organization to the fulfillment of its goals. There can be made the entirely new processes or modified the existing ones. And for that reason it is crucial to create a detailed analysis of business processes. During business process management, lots of methods for modeling and designing business processes are being used, and those methods are very important for implementing the processes into the system with the help of information technology and its tools. Whether a new business process is being made, or an old one being modified, monitoring is needed for the purpose of the optimization.
