Abstract
The author is analyzing human computer interaction (HCI) on several levels throughout history, and how it evolved to the point where it is today, through different time periods and technological breakthroughs - from the earliest needs of man to use numbers and to keep count of certain resources or items, to modern day computer interaction, and beyond, toward a technologically bright but undetermined future. This paper delivers a conclusion concerning the astonishing speed of computer systems development, assumptions on the future possibilities of computers, and in what way will people interact with them.
