Abstract
Young people are a group of people in between childhood and adulthood, between the ages of twelve and eighteen. A very sensitive group, that can be attracted and retained in libraries only with great effort. Nowadays it is possible to do so with good quality of library websites that are dedicated especially to the young, with separation of space for young people from space for children and with library materials suitable for their variegated interests. Therefore, libraries need to be on the Internet, they should be present online where almost everyone, and especially the young, are going to find out what interests them, to have fun and kill time. And if we want the young to create the need to come to local library to find answers to their questions, library must be able to attract them and satisfy their customer needs.
