Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the presence of organizational citizenship behaviour among Croatian employees and the relation between various forms of organizational citizenship behaviour and socio-demographic characteristics. The study was conducted on 135 Croatian employees (provided that participants in the study were employed for at least one year). The final sample that entered in treatment consisted of 133 participants (69 women and 64 men). The general conclusion of the study is that there is no statistically significant correlation between organizational citizenship behaviour and socio-demographic variables. However, statistically significant correlation is obtained between level of education and organizational citizenship behaviour oriented toward individuals. Also, a statistically significant positive correlation is obtained between organizational citizenship behaviour and counterproductive work behaviour.
