Abstract

Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently in a state of greater or lower crisis which is (in)directly consequence of accumulated anomalies, those from predayton period and also those from dayton period. Due to that, in the first part of paper we'll try to detect and analyse Bosnian and Herzegovian anomalies from dayton period of state mainly focusing on those anomalies and contradictions associated with status of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to that we'll try to show in detail social sphere of language, education, media and political representation. In the second part of paper we'll present the multinational model of state arrangement colloquially known as third entity, as a possible consequence of Croats sociopolitical status focusing exclusively on it's legitimacy apropos nonlegitimacy, and pro/con arguments of mentioned model. In the end, the final goal of paper is to represent the contribution to deliberations of sociopolitical present and future of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
