Abstract

Croatian Academic club of synchronized swimming Mladost: anthropological research of group dynamics. This paper examines one team of synchronized swimmers through the sphere of group development and group dynamics. The main focus is to find the link between group member interrelations and choreography preformance. It examines how much do good interrelationships affect team's preformance and execution.
