Abstract

This thesis will talk about impact of information and communication technologies in lives of people with disabilities. A short history of development of information and communication technologies will be shown, short explanations of most common disabilities, some useful methods of teaching people without as well as with disabilities, examples of companies that made or still are making applications for croatian users that have disabilities and short explanations of how they work, examples of some of the most used aid tools abroad and ways of how ICT impacts process of education in general.
