Abstract

This paper is focused on the research of users satisfaction and frequency of use of Rijeka City Library film collection, as indicators of quality and usefulness of this library service. The results of this research can be used as guidelines for further development of film collection in Rijeka City Library, but also as a part of further research of film collections in public libraries, and, finally, as a part of new knowledge to improve the quality of film collections in libraries in Croatia.
