Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate moderating effect of socially desirable responding on the relationship between personality and counterproductive work behaviour on the sample of Croatian workers (N=188). Results show negative correlation of socially desirable responding and moralistic socially desirable responding with counterproductive work behaviour. Moderating effect has not been found for any of the measured forms of socially desirable responding when the participants were in anonimous situation. Correlations between personality factors and counterproductive work behaviours are the same no matter of someone's socially desirable responding.
