Abstract
Successful integration of students with disabilities means a step closer to full and successful integration in the society. Integration should be implemented at various levels to ensure quality to the person with disabilities as well as to all society members. Integration effectiveness is also influenced by attitudes of school professionals who are working with such children. The study results have shown that attitudes of professional support services, teachers and teaching assistants are positive towards the process of integration of students with disabilities into regular primary schools, which is considered one of the preconditions for successful implementation and realization of the process. The results have also shown that children with disabilities are well and effectively integrated in their classes and that they are accepted by their peers, who are empathic and caring. These data show that educational integration is quality and effective. Besides, it allows for development, progress and better socialization in the society to a child with disabilities, representing at the same time numerous benefits to all participants in the process.
