Abstract
The regional collection's contents display a rich cultural heritage which we strive to conserve for future generations, under the assumption that we cannot know what will be relevant for future research and thus need to try and conserve everything that we can. The importance of producing bibliographies lies within their contents, because they succinctly and transparently provide the data on a particular topic consolidated in one place. Information clustered in such a fashion is easy to search and [neatly] presents the treasures from our library shelves. This paper researches meetings with authors in the National Library „Petar Preradović“ in Bjelovar by producing a bibliography with a list of signed publications. For that purpose, the library's main card catalog and the electronic catalog were searched, and every publication was inspected „de visu“ before being listed.
