Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of different counterproductive work behaviors among Croatian employees (N = 133), as well as their correlation with socio-demographic characteristics. Study results show the highest prevalence of behaviors which are considered minor, such as misuse of time and resources, while destruction of property, as a serious violation, had the lowest representation. A statistically significant positive correlation was obtained between counterproductive work behavior in general and gender, with women reporting higher levels of this behavior compared to men. Different types of counterproductive work behavior obtained various statistically significant correlations with socio-demographic characteristics.
