Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the criterion validity of the attitudes scale of integrity test for organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior. The study was conducted on 204 participants, of which 195 went into treatment, of whom 127 were women and 68 men. Each participant filled out Croatian version of the attitudes scale of integrity test, questionnaire of counterproductive work behavior and questionnaire of citizenship organizational behavior. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between attitudes scale of integrity test and questionnaire of counterproductive work behavior, thus confirming the criterion validity of the scale items for counterproductive work behavior. There was no significant correlation between the attitudes scale of integrity test and questionnaire of citizenship organizational behavior. Given the findings, we conclude that the criterion validity of the attitudes scale of integrity test was confirmed only for counterproductive work behavior. Future research should examine whether the attitudes scale of integrity test predict only counterproductive work behavior or maybe also another forms of work behavior.
